"Steve, thank you for your honesty. Regarding printing your vehicle registration, customers often ask us to print vehicle registrations because they believe we have access to their registrations like PennDOT does. We cannot print vehicle registrations. Those are only offered by PennDOT when you renew you registration online or renew with a notary. We are only able to print your insurance information. I meet with every customer, including when I met with you 2 years ago, in order to; get to know my customers, have my customers get to know me, review policies, and, yes, I explain the importance of life insurance. Most customers have never had someone explain life insurance. If you felt pressured that was not the intention, knowledge for your situation was the intention. Similarly, when buying electronics, you are offered an extended warranty upon checking out, but you don’t know about the availability or price of the warranty until you check out, with no obligation to buy. The postal mailed information you receive can simply be tossed if it’s not applicable for you. You’re right, the price for insurance has gone up, as well as the price of vehicle repairs, the cost of vehicles, labor, parts, and the list goes on. Also, like in your case, when you increase from 1 vehicle to 2 vehicles, the price you pay increases as well. We are happy to review your policy to uncover any areas of concern. In our conversation, yes, I did let you know how important Google reviews are for businesses and I also confirmed reviews are what help others know we exist. This is similar to when you are dining or visiting businesses and they have signs everywhere reminding you to leave a review after your visit. It is up to you whether you want to leave a review or not. Our office is happy to assist, accommodate and inform all customers however they need us.
